About the Role

Tridasha Infra is looking for an experienced Site Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of a high-rise residential construction project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overall site execution, planning, coordination, quality, safety, cost control, contractor management and timely achievement of project milestones. The role requires strong experience in managing multidisciplinary teams across Civil, MEP, QA/QC, Safety, Quantity Surveying and site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall construction and day-to-day project execution at site.

Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones and construction targets.

Coordinate Civil, MEP, QA/QC, Safety, QS, Survey and contractor teams.

Monitor RCC, structural, masonry, finishing and associated high-rise construction activities.

Review construction drawings, specifications, BOQs and execution requirements.

Conduct daily, weekly and monthly project progress reviews.

Track planned versus actual progress and initiate corrective actions for delays.

Coordinate manpower, materials, machinery and other site resources.

Ensure timely availability and approval of drawings, materials and work fronts.

Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors and consultants.

Monitor contractor productivity, quality and adherence to agreed schedules.

Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants and project stakeholders.

Ensure construction is executed according to approved drawings, specifications and applicable standards.

Work closely with QA/QC teams to maintain required quality standards.

Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and HSE requirements.

Coordinate with the Quantity Surveying team for measurements, billing, variations and cost monitoring.

Identify construction risks, dependencies and potential bottlenecks at an early stage.

Maintain project documentation, progress reports and management information.





Support project handover, snagging, testing, commissioning and closure activities.

Report project status, critical issues and required decisions to senior management.

Candidate Requirements

Essential

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Approximately 12–18 years of construction experience.

Strong experience in high-rise residential / large-scale apartment projects.

Proven experience managing projects from structural stages through finishing and handover.

Strong understanding of RCC works, finishing works and construction sequencing.

Experience coordinating MEP activities with civil construction.

Knowledge of construction quality and safety requirements.

Strong contractor and subcontractor management skills.

Ability to manage multiple site teams simultaneously.

Strong planning, coordination, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Preferred

Experience working on large gated-community or high-rise residential developments.

Familiarity with MS Project, Primavera or similar project-planning software.

Understanding of BOQ, billing, quantity reconciliation and cost control.

Experience working with PMC, architects and multidisciplinary consultants.

Knowledge of relevant local construction regulations and approval requirements.

Compensation

Indicative CTC: ₹15–24 LPA

Final compensation will be determined based on:

Relevant high-rise construction experience

Current and expected CTC

Project size and complexity handled

Technical and managerial capabilities

Interview performance

Notice period and joining availability
