Key Responsibilities

- Site management, project planning, and programme coordination

- Sub-contractor management and resource allocation

- Budget control, cost reporting, and reconciliation

- Quality assurance and compliance management

- Health, safety, environmental, and site security enforcement

- Client liaison, stakeholder communication, and reporting

- Team leadership, mentoring, conflict resolution, and discipline management

- Material, plant, labour, and procurement coordination

- Chairing site and subcontractor meetings with record keeping

- Ensuring project delivery on time, within budget, and to specification

Minimum Requirements

- BSc or NDip (Civil Eng/Building/Construction Management)

- Minimum 10 years related experience in the construction environment of which at least three as a senior foreman

Knowledge & Skills

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing,



and site operations

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

- Understanding of construction quality systems and testing procedures

- Knowledge of budgeting, P&G; management, and cost control principles

- Working knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and environmental legislation

- Effective planning, scheduling, and programme monitoring skills

- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

- Experience managing subcontractors, labour teams, and site administration

- Proficient in project reporting, documentation, and contract compliance

- Ability to implement effective work methods and maintain high productivity
