We are looking for a responsible and proactive Site Incharge to manage day-to-day operational activities at the client site. The candidate will be deployed at the client location and will be responsible for ensuring smooth plant/site operations, coordination with teams, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily operational activities at the assigned client site.
- Monitor and ensure smooth functioning of water treatment systems/plants.
- Coordinate with internal teams and client representatives for operational requirements.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and site documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Support maintenance activities and basic troubleshooting when required.
- Ensure proper manpower coordination and site discipline.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, preferably in the water industry.
- Basic understanding of water treatment plant/site operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage client-site activities independently.
- Willingness to work from client locations across Bengaluru.
