Role Overview We are looking for a Site Execution Architect with a strong background in architecture who can independently handle working drawings and ensure accurate in office execution. The role requires close coordination between design intent and site implementation, with regular site visits and quality monitoring.
Key Responsibilities • Prepare and coordinate working, construction, and detailing drawings.
- Ensure accurate execution of architectural design intent on site through regular site visits.
- Execute and monitor poured earth, brickwork, and cladding systems as per drawings, samples, and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to resolve site-level issues.
- Check materials, workmanship, finishes, and quality standards.
- Maintain basic site reports, measurements, and progress updates.
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Diploma in Architecture or BE/B.Tech : Civil from a recognized institution.
- Strong academic or professional exposure to working drawings and construction detailing.
