- Candidate will manage site, manpower, contractors, attendance & work according to the drawings & will report to the senior management.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Collaborate with the design team to resolve technical issues during construction.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and supervise a team of site engineers, technicians, and laborers.
