Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day site activities and manpower. Execute work as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company standards. Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with EHS guidelines. Take site measurements and verify executed quantities. Prepare daily progress reports and submit them to the Project Manager.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and architects regarding site execution. Identify and resolve technical issues at the site. Ensure proper usage of materials and minimize wastage. Verify material deliveries and maintain site inventory records.
Attend site meetings and update project status. Support project handover and snag rectification.
