About the Guild:
Founded in 2022, Ethereal Exploration Guild (The Guild) is building the World’s First Fully Reusable Medium-Lift Launch Vehicle/Rocket, Razor Crest Mk-1(RCM1).
Based in India, the team has a combined flight heritage of over 75 launches from the PSLV and GSLV fleets, and more than 300 years of collective experience in the space industry. The Guild is also developing a 700,000 sq ft facility dedicated to Upper Stage Engine Testing, which is going to be India’s largest privately developed Engine Testing Facility.
The Guild has also built and manufactured India’s First Reusable Rocket Engine.

Job-Type: On-site, Monday - Saturday
Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and technically competent Site Engineer to manage end-to-end execution of multidisciplinary infrastructure and industrial projects, including aerospace test facilities. The role involves overseeing civil, mechanical, and basic electrical works, coordinating contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
The ideal candidate should possess strong site execution, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills in an EPC/ECC environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise day-to-day execution of civil, mechanical, and basic electrical works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Manage multidisciplinary construction activities including excavation, RCC, structural steel, masonry, drainage, roads, finishing works, equipment erection, piping, utility skids, and industrial electrical installations.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants,
and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely achievement of project milestone.
- Monitor project progress, identify execution bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule, quality, and budget targets.
- Review engineering documents including drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and resolve technical queries by coordinating with design and engineering teams.
- Ensure timely availability and optimal utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, construction equipment, and site resources.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), weekly/monthly progress reports, inspection records, material reconciliation, and work completion records.
- Implement and enforce QA/QC procedures, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), construction methodologies, and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring adherence to HSE regulations, Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems, conducting toolbox talks, and supporting safety audits.
- Verify contractor measurements, billing documents, and work completion, while monitoring contractor performance and resolving technical, commercial, and execution-related issues.
- Support inspection, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and project handover, including punch-point closure and final documentation.
- Participate in project planning and execution strategy, driving continuous improvement, efficient resource utilization, and successful delivery of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of multidisciplinary industrial construction, including civil (RCC, structural steel,
roads, drainage), mechanical (equipment erection, piping, fabrication), and basic electrical works (LT systems, cable laying, earthing, lighting).
- Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate civil, structural, mechanical, piping, P&ID;, and electrical drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and engineering standards.
- Sound understanding of project execution, contractor management, resource planning, construction methodologies, project scheduling, and progress monitoring.
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), material inspection, testing, documentation, and HSE regulations including Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems and safe construction practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and working knowledge of project planning software such as MS Project or Primavera P6 for reporting, documentation, and project coordination.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years in EPC/ECC, infrastructure, industrial, renewable energy, oil & gas, process plants, or aerospace projects.
- Experience in multidisciplinary construction involving civil, mechanical, piping, utility, and electrical works.
- Exposure to equipment erection, industrial utilities, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and project handover activities will be an added advantage.
- Certifications in QA/QC, Construction Safety, AutoCAD, Primavera/MS Project, or Project Management are desirable.
