Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site execution activities.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Plan and monitor daily work schedules, manpower, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, consultants, and departmental officials.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely completion of work.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), site records, and project documentation.
- Prepare RA Bills, Final Bills, quantity measurements, and supporting documents for submission to the concerned department.
- Coordinate with departmental engineers for measurements, bill certification, and payment processing.
- Maintain Measurement Book (MB) records, material consumption, and work progress.
- Assist in procurement planning and inventory management.
- Resolve day-to-day execution issues and maintain smooth site operations.
- Prepare skilled email correspondence and technical reports as required.
