Job Title: Site Engineer (Civil) – 3-Story Residential (G+2)

Location: In office | Experience: 1–3 Years | Education: Diploma / B.E. Civil

Role Overview

Supervise end-to-end execution of a 3-story residential build, translating architectural and structural drawings directly into quality ground execution while managing daily site labor and materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Drawing Execution: Read, mark, and execute structural layouts, column/footing centerlines, beam-slab reinforcement, and utility drawings using Auto Level.
- On-Site Supervision: Supervise daily civil works—excavation, steel-binding, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and basic finishes.
- Quality & Safety: Verify rebar spacing, concrete cover, mix ratios, slump tests, and curing.



Enforce basic site safety and PPE rules.
- Materials & Reporting: Track material usage, verify subcontractor work measurements, and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR).

Requirements

- Hands-on ability to read structural rebar blueprints and architectural drawings.
- Practical knowledge of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Proven track record in small-to-medium residential construction.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
