Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Site Coordinator to oversee in office project execution, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day site activities and monitor project progress.
- Plan manpower, materials, and tools required at project sites.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Ensure work is completed according to quality and safety standards.
- Supervise installation and fabrication activities at customer locations.
- Prepare daily work reports and submit progress updates.
- Resolve on-site issues and escalate critical concerns to management.




- Verify material availability before dispatch to the site.
- Maintain attendance and productivity records of site workers.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
- Travel to customer locations whenever required.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits.

Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any relevant field.
- Candidates with experience in signage, fabrication, interior projects, or industrial installations will be preferred.

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in site coordination, project execution, or installation supervision.
- Freshers with strong coordination and communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
