Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Site Civil Engineer based in Delhi, India.

The Site Civil

Engineer will oversee day-to-day civil works at project sites, including layout, execution, and supervision of dry wall, prefabricated construction, and related structural and infrastructure activities.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, contractors, and clients, ensuring work is completed according to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. The role involves planning and scheduling site activities, monitoring progress,



preparing daily reports, and addressing technical issues as they arise.

The Site Civil

Engineer will also support material management, site inspections, and adherence to local regulations and company guidelines.

Qualifications Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications.

Experience working as a Civil Engineer on construction sites, preferably in commercial, interior, or prefabricated projects.

Proficiency in Planning and site coordination, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.

Knowledge of Stormwater Management and basic infrastructure services relevant to building and site development.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

Familiarity with construction codes, safety standards, and quality control practices applicable in India.

Ability to use common engineering and drafting tools/software (e.g., AutoCAD or similar) and MS Office for reporting.

Effective communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills, with a focus on professionalism and integrity.

Willingness to work on-site at multiple project locations within or around Delhi as required.
