Role & responsibilities

- Manage overall showroom operations including sales, customer service, and administration

- Drive sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability of the showroom

- Ensure superior customer experience and relationship management

- Lead, train, and motivate showroom staff to achieve performance goals

- Oversee jewellery inventory, stock movement, and reconciliation

- Ensure proper display, safety, and security of jewellery items

- Handle customer complaints, returns, and service issues effectively

- Coordinate with head office on sales reports, MIS, and operational requirements

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, billing processes, and regulatory norms

- Plan and execute showroom promotions, offers, and local marketing activities.
