We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and responsible Showroom Sales & Billing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, handle billing, maintain product displays, manage stock, and ensure the showroom is clean and well-organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Handle billing and cash/POS transactions accurately.
- Arrange and display products neatly on shelves.
- Refill and restock products as required.
- Monitor inventory and report low-stock items.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and attractive at all times.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing new stock.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Support daily showroom operations and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or equivalent.
- Experience in retail sales or billing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing software experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Honest, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
