Role Description The Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the car care showroom, ensuring a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment. This full-time, on-site role is based in Raipur and includes supervising staff, managing appointment schedules, coordinating detailing and coating services, and monitoring inventory of products and materials.

Manager will greet and engage customers, understand their vehicle care needs, present suitable service packages, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. The role also involves tracking sales performance,



maintaining visual presentation standards, handling basic administrative tasks, and supporting marketing or promotional activities to increase walk-ins and conversions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills to ensure a positive and professional interaction at every touchpoint.
