We are looking for an experienced Shop Floor Supervisor to join a leading Sheet Metal / Duct Manufacturing company.

Experience: 10–12 Years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

CTC: ₹38,600 per month

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily shop floor operations and production activities

Lead and manage production team members

Handle duct/sheet metal manufacturing processes including SS welding

Ensure quality standards and timely production output

Prepare work schedules and monitor team performance

Maintain safety standards and proper use of machinery

Identify process improvements and enhance efficiency

Train and support shop floor employees

Requirements

Experience in duct / sheet metal manufacturing industry

Hands-on knowledge of SS welding and production machinery

Solid leadership and problem-solving skills

Two-wheeler is mandatory

Candidates willing to relocate to Sanand, Gujarat preferred

Hindi,Tamil (Mandatory), English

Location: Sanand, Gujarat

Pay: ₹38,600.00 per month
