? Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering + BOE Certificate (Mandatory)

We are looking for an experienced Shift Engineer – Operations to join our thermal power plant team. If you have solid expertise in boiler and turbine operations and are passionate about ensuring safe and efficient plant operations, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Operate and monitor Boiler, Turbine, CHP, AHP, Cooling Tower and auxiliary systems.

✔ Coordinate startup, shutdown and smooth plant operations with field engineers.

✔ Ensure safe process isolation during maintenance activities.

✔ Monitor equipment performance, identify abnormalities and ensure timely corrective actions.

✔ Maintain steam and power balance as per plant requirements.

✔ Supervise safe coal unloading and handling operations.

✔ Handle operational emergencies such as plant trips,



blackouts, leakages and critical conditions.

✔ Maintain operational logs, ensure safety compliance and uphold housekeeping standards.

Eligibility criteria:

✅ B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

✅ Valid BOE (Boiler Operation Engineer) Certificate – Mandatory

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in thermal power plant operations

✅ Experience in CFBC Boiler operations will be preferred

✅ Strong knowledge of boiler & turbine operations, CHP, AHP, and DM plant basics

✅ Willing to work in rotational shifts
