Role & Responsibilities

- Design and govern enterprise-grade Salesforce architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and MuleSoft integrations.
- Lead cross-functional discovery workshops to translate business objectives into scalable technical blueprints and roadmap prioritization.
- Architect multi-cloud, hybrid, and data mesh solutions integrating Salesforce with AWS/Azure, APIs, and legacy systems.
- Define governance frameworks for security, data model integrity, CI/CD, and platform performance under Salesforce’s scalability constraints.
- Advise stakeholders on licensing optimization, technical debt reduction, and platform evolution (including GenAI/LLM integration patterns).
- Mentor solution architects and DevOps teams,



ensuring adherence to Salesforce architectural best practices and design patterns.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

- Salesforce Certified Solution Architect
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Experience with Salesforce Platform Design (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
- MuleSoft Integration (Anypoint Platform)
- REST/SOAP API Design & Integration
- CI/CD Automation for Salesforce (Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT)
- Enterprise Data Modeling & Security Architecture (OWASP, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules)
- Salesforce DevOps Center & Metadata API

Preferred

- Experience with GenAI integration patterns on Salesforce (Einstein GPT, Prompt Builder)
- Knowledge of Salesforce Flow orchestration at scale
- Cloud architecture certification (AWS Solutions Architect / Azure Solutions Architect)
