Responsibilities Leading the development and implementation of creative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance

Overseeing the design, coding, and testing of applications that deliver exceptional user experiences and revolutionize industries

Managing client engagements and fostering relationships to maximize satisfaction and business growth

Mentoring and guiding teams in software engineering practices, promoting creativity and problem-solving

Driving thought leadership by developing new ideas, solutions, and structures within the software engineering domain

Promoting technological advances and creating environments where people and technology thrive together

Identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful outcomes for the firm

Validating compliance with professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

Utilizing skills in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD), API Management, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) to optimize software development processes

Encouraging the use of microservices and enterprise application architecture to enhance scalability and integration What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree

At least 8 years of experience
