The operations Coordinator is responsible for managing end-to-end ocean freight operations, customs clearance coordination, domestic transportation activities, customer service, billing, and operational compliance. The role plays a critical part in ensuring timely shipment execution, maintaining customer satisfaction, supporting revenue generation, and ensuring adherence to customs and regulatory requirements for key strategic accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Operations Management
Coordinate and manage ocean export freight shipments from booking to final delivery.
Handle domestic transportation movements and ensure timely execution.
Monitor shipment milestones and proactively address any operational issues.
Coordinate with shipping lines, co-loaders, transporters, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment movement.

Customs Clearance & Compliance
Coordinate customs clearance activities through appointed Customs House Agents (CHAs).




Prepare BL drafts and get approvals from appropriate team, local and overseas
Ensure to on time release of pre-alert documents and milestones update in CW1
Ensure timely and accurate submission of AMS, ACI, AFR, and other regulatory filings.
Maintain compliance with customs regulations, trade requirements, and company policies.
Support documentation and regulatory requirements for import and export shipments.

Customer Service & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary operational contact for assigned customers.
Manage customer communication regarding shipment status, documentation requirements, and service updates.
Maintain robust relationships with key customers and business partners.
Resolve operational issues and customer escalations in a timely manner.

Pricing & Quotation Support
Prepare and provide accurate customer quotations for ocean freight, customs clearance, and transportation services.
