The Impact You'll Make

As our Deputy Manager – Sales, you'll play a key role in growing Danfoss Climate Solutions across South India — bringing energy-efficient cooling, refrigeration and heating technologies to the customers who need them most.

Your impact? More OEMs, consultants and end users specifying Danfoss solutions in commercial HVAC and chillers, commercial refrigeration, cold chain and heat pumps — which means lower energy consumption and lower carbon emissions for our customers, and profitable growth for the region.

You'll collaborate with application engineering, inside sales, marketing and supply chain, and take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts, a distributor and channel partner network, and a new business pipeline — helping us move toward a more sustainable future.

What You’ll Be Doing
Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts — OEMs, consultants, contractors and end users — to deliver the annual order intake and net sales targets for your territory
Build and manage the distributor and channel partner network: appoint and develop partners,



drive secondary sales, and ensure robust coverage across South India
Develop new business by identifying and converting new OEM projects, applications and segments across commercial HVAC/chillers, commercial refrigeration, cold chain and heat pumps
Drive specification-ins and design wins by engaging consultants and OEM engineering teams early in the project cycle
Manage pricing, margin and commercial negotiations, and keep an accurate, disciplined pipeline and forecast in the CRM

What We're Looking For
8–12 years of B2B technical sales experience, with a bachelor's degree in engineering — Mechanical preferred (Electrical, Instrumentation or equivalent also considered); an engineering degree is required
A proven track record in HVACR, refrigeration, cold chain or a closely related technical product business, with consistent target achievement and a strong technical understanding of product selections and s
