Allocation and management of scheduled orders to Yardies and Truck Drivers for preparation and loading onto trucks
To monitor the preparation of significant orders to ensure productive management of delivery consistent with customer requirements
To initiate ordering of supply of raw materials in need, to ensure fulfillment capability for pending orders
Liaise with Inventory to ensure they have the necessary information on raw material orders to enable them to monitor receipt.
To ensure available staff are deployed and managed to achieve maximum efficiency in the fulfillment of customer orders
To arrange all mechanical repairs and maintenance of motor vehicles as required
