Role Purpose
The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring the effective delivery of HR services across the campus.



The role will partner with academic and professional services teams to provide operational HR support, drive employee engagement initiatives, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.
Liaise with hiring managers and external recruitment partners to support talent acquisition activities.
Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Ensure completion of all joining documentation and compliance requirements.

Employee Lifecycle Management
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Manage employee documentation, contract administration, probation reviews, confirmations, and employment changes.
