Overview

As an Analyst II, you will support business teams across North America and international markets by turning data into insights that improve business performance and decision making. You will leverage customer databases, advanced BI tools (GCP, SQL, Tableau, Advanced Excel), and PowerPoint to build reporting, visualization solutions, analytical tools, and presentations that help stakeholders understand trends, identify opportunities, and act with confidence. You will work closely with global stakeholders to address business requests develop insight-led solutions, and deliver clear,



compelling stories through data. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical and process expertise with business acumen and can contribute to capability development, strategic projects, and competitive intelligence analysis.

Key Accountabilities

Capabilities Development & Data Analysis

Translate customer and business data into actionable insights and stakeholder-ready recommendations.
Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytical tools that improve efficiency, accuracy, and business visibility.
Analyze panel, point-of-sale, and syndicated data to identify sales trends and support strategic initiatives.
Apply a data-driven approach to business questions and proactively identify opportunities for performance improvement and value creation.
