Overview

This position reports to the D&T; Manager – HR and is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and transforming the Workbrain and Kronos landscape. The role will partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, vendors, and technical teams to ensure stable day-to-day operations, deliver continuous improvements, support transformation initiatives, and execute release upgrades. This role is expected to demonstrate strong proficiency in workforce management systems, problem solving, process analysis, testing, and stakeholder communication.

Key Accountabilities





Provide operational support for Workbrain and Kronos, ensuring system stability, timely issue resolution, and continuity of services.
Troubleshoot production issues, analyze root causes, and support enhancements, configuration changes, and process improvements.
Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions, and participate in workforce management projects, including time, attendance, scheduling, and payroll integrations.
Coordinate release upgrades, testing, and deployment readiness, while maintaining documentation and partnering with business users, vendors, and global teams to deliver effective, high-quality outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred bachelor’s degree in IT, HR Technology, or a related field.
Requires 5+ years supporting complex HR or workforce management technology solutions, with 7+ years preferred in enterprise application support, enhancements, or transformation.
