About the Role
Amity University Hyderabad invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor – Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE). The selected candidate will contribute to excellence in teaching, research, innovation, student mentoring, and academic administration while supporting the University's vision of industry-oriented and research-driven education. The role is aligned with UGC/AICTE norms and emphasizes academic excellence and high-quality research.
Key Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
Deliver lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions, and practical demonstrations.
Design and update curriculum in accordance with emerging technologies and industry requirements.
Guide students in academic projects, internships, capstone projects,



and innovation activities.
Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects.
Publish research papers in reputed SCI/Scopus-indexed journals.
Prepare and submit proposals for sponsored research projects, consultancy, patents, and technology transfer.
Establish collaborations with industries, research organizations, and academic institutions.
Organize seminars, workshops, conferences, faculty development programmes, and technical events.
Participate in accreditation (NBA/NAAC), quality assurance, and departmental administrative responsibilities.
Mentor students for placements, higher studies, entrepreneurship, and career development.
