Key Responsibilities

Student Guidance & Support

Counsel students on subject selection, academic planning, and time management strategies




Identify students’ strengths, challenges, and learning styles to offer tailored support
Provide remedial strategies or referrals for students struggling academically
Support students in setting short- and long-term academic goals
Counsel Class X students regarding academic pathways to facilitate smooth progression to Class XI and improve admission conversion rates.
Conduct one-on-one or group counselling sessions to build resilience and confidence

Curriculum & Career Alignment

Guide students/ parents in understanding the ICSE curriculum structure and assessment patterns
Assist in aligning academic choices with future career aspirations
Working knowledge on Career Access Programme
Organize career talks, aptitude assessments, and exposure to higher education pathways

Collaboration & Communication

Collaborate with the Admissions Department to compile and present detailed reports on student r
