Candidate must be able to Compares the physical characteristics of components,
materials, equipment and products to technical specifications to identify
defects.
Separates products that do not meet the desired technical specification, using
basic and/or complex measurement techniques and equipment.
Documents products that do not meet technical specifications using specified
systems.
Trains others in the use of measurement equipment, segregation of non-conforming
product and documentation.
Follows the norms and standards of quality defined by the Company.
Candidate must have knowledge of;
* Operation of Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
* Reading and interpretation of engineering drawings
* Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;)
* Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
* Quality documentation and reporting
