Kshetry & Co. is expanding its litigation team and is inviting applications from dedicated Associate Advocates with a passion for litigation.

1. Associate Advocate – Lower Courts
Experience: 4+ years (Minimum 3 years of independent court practice)
Eligibility: Must be enrolled with the Bar Council.
Courts:
Bankshall Court
Sealdah Court
Alipore Court
Barasat Court
Barrackpore Court
Other nearby district/lower courts

Responsibilities:
Court appearances and matter handling
Moving matters and advancing proceedings
Civil and Criminal litigation
Drafting petitions, applications, affidavits, and legal notices
Case preparation and client coordination
Conducting arguments before the courts
2. Associate Advocate – Calcutta High Court
Experience: 4+ years with substantial High Court litigation experience.
Eligibility: Must be enrolled with the Bar Council.
Experience Required In: Writ Petitions, CRR, CRM, CO, PIL, Police inaction matters,



Other Civil and Criminal matters before the Hon'ble Calcutta High Court
Responsibilities:
Drafting and vetting petitions
Matter moving and court appearances
Legal research and case strategy
Briefing senior counsel where required
Conducting hearings and arguments
Remuneration
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Fixed)
(Remuneration will be commensurate with experience, knowledge, and court performance.)

Essential Skills
Solid knowledge of court procedures and litigation practice
Excellent drafting and legal research skills
Ability to independently prepare and conduct cases
Professional communication and commitment to deadlines
Experience in handling matters from filing to final disposal
