Job Purpose:

Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack applications while driving engineering excellence through modern software development practices and AI-powered engineering workflows. This role is responsible for building robust backend services, intuitive frontend experiences, improving developer productivity through automation, ensuring application reliability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SaaS products.

Who You Are:

9+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Engineering, preferably in a startup or high-growth product setting.
Strong expertise in frontend development using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with backend development using Ruby on Rails (preferred), Python/Django, Node.js, Go, or Elixir.
Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, clean coding principles, testing, and code review best practices.
Experience building scalable APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications.
Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot,



Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
Experience improving engineering productivity through automation, tooling, and developer experience initiatives.
Hands-on experience with monitoring, observability, and alerting tools such as Datadog, New Relic, PagerDuty, or equivalent.
Experience working with cloud infrastructure and container technologies including AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
