Role Overview:
InCred EM Multi-Strategy Credit Fund (IEMMSCF) is an emerging market credit hedge fund with a robust Asian bias, managed by InCred Global Wealth Pte. Ltd. — a MAS-licensed entity based in Singapore. The fund invests in performing debt obligations of EM and Asian borrowers, trading a broad set of instruments spanning investment grade and high yield bonds, CDS, TRS, interest rate derivatives, credit ETFs, futures, and performing private credit loans, working with a prime broker and 20+ trading counterparties across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. The fund is targeting a launch in July/August 2026.
We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Operations & Settlement professional to own the entire Middle Office and Back Office function of the fund. This is a Mumbai-based role supporting Singapore-headquartered Portfolio Manager and COO. You will be the operational backbone of the fund — responsible for ensuring every trade is confirmed, every position is reconciled, and every process is documented and continuously improved.




This is not a process-following role. It is a process-building role. The fund is in its build phase and you will be expected to design, implement, and constantly enhance the operational infrastructure of a fast-growing credit hedge fund from day one. Zero operational failures and zero audit findings are the standard — not the aspiration.

Job Description:
1. Trade Confirmation & Settlement
• Own the end-to-end trade lifecycle for all instruments: cash bonds, CDS, TRS, interest rate futures and swaps, options, credit ETFs, futures, and private credit loans
• Confirm all trades with counterparties via Bloomberg, MarketAxess, TradeWeb, and bilateral channels on trade date; resolve any mismatches within defined SLAs
• Monitor settlement status across DTC, Euroclear, and Clearstream; proactively escalate and resolve failed settlements
• Liaise with the prime broker, custodians, and trading counterparties on settleme
