Role Description
Own program roadmap, planning, and execution for data engineering and analytics initiatives, including batch/real-time pipelines, data lakes, data warehouses, BI, and ML solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to define problem statements, solution approaches, and execution strategies.
Drive large-scale data platform implementations leveraging cloud ecosystems, with a strong focus on GCP and/or Databricks.
Manage a portfolio of projects/programs, ensuring delivery excellence across timelines, quality, risk, and cost.
Lead and mentor TPMs, project managers, and cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance, ownership-driven culture.
Establish governance frameworks, including program reviews, KPI tracking, executive dashboards, and stakeholder communication.
Drive Agile transformation and delivery maturity, implementing best practices to enhance speed, predictability, and efficiency.
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations, particularly in complex, multi-team,



and client-facing environments.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and solution architects to ensure scalable and reusable data solutions.
Own client communication and executive reporting, translating data insights into actionable recommendations and business impact.
Drive adoption and ROI for delivered solutions, ensuring measurable value for clients.
Support pre-sales and solutioning efforts, including effort estimation, proposal development, and client presentations.

You Have
14–18 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or platform delivery, with 6+ years in Program Management/TPM roles.
Proven experience delivering large-scale data and analytics programs in a consulting or client-facing workplace.
Strong background in data engineering (ETL/ELT, data lakes, data warehouses, distributed processing).
Mandatory experience with GCP and/or Databricks.
