Snowflake Architect
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Snowflake Architect to design and build modern cloud data platforms using Snowflake. The role involves working closely with business teams, architects, engineers, and client stakeholders to understand requirements and build scalable data solutions.
The candidate should have robust experience in Snowflake architecture, data engineering, data modelling, Snowflake Intelligence, Snowflake Cortex AI, Document AI. The role also requires working with sales and leadership teams to develop POCs, reusable solutions, and go-to-market offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture and Solution Design
Work with business users, functional analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design scalable data architectures and data models on the Snowflake platform.
Define technical architecture, integration patterns, and development standards.
Review technical designs and guide the development team during implementation.
Resolve technical issues, clarify requirements,
and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Data Engineering and Platform Development
Design and build data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration solutions using Snowflake.
Implement scalable and efficient data models to support analytics and reporting.
Use Snowflake features such as Streams, Tasks, Time Travel, Data Sharing, and Zero Copy Cloning, Snowpipe, Security, performance optimization.
Develop templates, frameworks, and scripts to automate common development tasks.
Support modernization of existing data platforms to Snowflake.
Snowflake Cortex and AI Solutions
Build solutions using Snowflake Cortex AI and LLM capabilities.
Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) using generative AI within Snowflake.
Design and implement RAG pipelines, LLM-powered applications, and AI-enabled data solutions.
Client Engagement and Stakeholder Management
Work closely with clients to understand their data cha
