Role Description
Oxodonia LTD is looking for a Social Media Short-Form Content Creator to develop engaging, attention-grabbing content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
The role will focus primarily on short-form video content, from developing creative ideas and hooks to producing, editing, and publishing videos that increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach.
Day-to-day responsibilities include creating short-form videos, developing content concepts and scripts, writing engaging captions and on-screen text, editing videos for different platforms, researching trends, and adapting content based on audience performance.




The creator will work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with the wider team to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives, brand messaging, and growth goals.

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
Develop creative content ideas, hooks, scripts, captions, and on-screen text.
Edit short-form videos with solid pacing, transitions, subtitles, visual elements, and platform-appropriate formatting.
Repurpose existing content into multiple short-form formats.
Research current social media trends, viral formats, sounds, topics, and creator strategies.
Create content designed to improve views, engagement, audience retention, and brand awareness.
