ABOUT US

ExpatReady is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for immigration firms, covering the full client journey: lead, assessment, consult, retainer, payment, case delivery, and client portal. We are launching with Canadian immigration and building toward a global platform, where each new country is configurable data rather than a current build.

The architecture and foundational requirements are locked and in active development.

THE ROLE

You will own significant surface area across the stack, including backend services, data modeling, and frontend, building the platform from its foundation. This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role with direct influence over architecture and product decisions.



You will work closely with the Founder, CTO, and Lead Developer:

A multi-tenant platform with strict tenant isolation (PostgreSQL Row-Level Security), a canonical data spine, and configuration-as-data
In-house native tools, including document assembly, form-fill, and reporting
Country-pack machinery, including questionnaires, document-requirement engines, government-form field maps, and eligibility scoring, Autofill functionality
Three consoles: a Super-Admin control plane, the Agent (firm-staff) application, and the Client Portal
A later-stage AI companion layer (agents, tool use, retrieval) built on top of the platform

TECH STACK

Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL (with Row-Level Security), Redis and BullMQ, S3, AWS (ca-central-1), React 19, Vite, Refine, shadcn/ui, and Tailwind CSS. The system is structured as a modular monolith within a monorepo, with event-driven internal ar
