We are looking for Sales Consultants with 2–6 months of experience in the same or closely related industry, particularly candidates who have worked in student accommodation, overseas education, study abroad, international student services, education consulting, or related sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, meetings, follow-ups, and other outreach channels.
Connect with international students and understand their accommodation requirements, preferences, and budgets.




Recommend suitable student accommodation options based on individual customer needs.
Guide customers through the booking journey and effectively communicate product features, benefits, pricing, and availability.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience and high customer satisfaction.
Follow up consistently with leads and prospective customers to convert opportunities into successful bookings.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, lead status, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking, onboarding, and customer support experience.
Stay updated on student accommodation markets, university locations, competitor activities, and industry trends.
