We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, optimize, and scale high-performing digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing large advertising budgets, generating qualified leads, optimizing customer acquisition costs, and driving measurable ROAS. Experience in EdTech, coaching, webinar-based businesses, or the occult/spirituality industry is mandatory.
The role requires a highly analytical and performance-driven professional who can independently manage campaigns, tracking, attribution, experimentation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and sales.
Scale advertising campaigns while maintaining productive CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
Manage monthly advertising budgets of ₹30 Lakhs or more.
Conduct continuous A/B testing across creatives, audiences, ad copies, bidding strategies, offers, and landing pages.




Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
Manage campaign tracking and attribution using Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Conversion API.
Monitor conversion funnels and identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Scale webinar, lead-generation, and high-ticket sales campaigns.
Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to improve campaign performance.
Monitor key performance indicators and identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
Prepare and share weekly campaign performance reports along with growth and optimization recommendations.
Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, algorithms, targeting capabilities, and digital marketing trends.

Required Qualifications & Experience
3–6 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.
Mandatory experience working in at least one of the following industries:
