Job Description:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into procurement solutions.
Configure and support procurement modules based on business needs.
Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including requisitioning, purchase orders, sourcing, supplier management, contracts, and invoicing.
Collaborate with business users to optimize procurement workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Participate in implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects.
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments.
Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support.
Conduct user training and create functional documentation.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and best practices.
