Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and high-ownership Talent Acquisition Associate/Specialist to join the Blissclub People team. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring across functions, building strong talent pipelines,
and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment, managing multiple roles simultaneously, and partnering closely with hiring managers to close positions efficiently.
Responsibilities:
● Own end-to-end hiring for junior to mid-level roles across business, retail, and corporate teams at Blissclub
● Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and team fit
● Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and social platforms
● Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate conversations, and drive interview coordination end-to-end
● Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
● Drive offer rollout, negotiation coordination, and onboarding support for new hires
