Skills & Qualification:
Prior experience with 1-3yrs in Employee Onboarding/ KYC.
Flexible to work in the APAC & EMEA Shift.
Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes, with a strong focus on onboarding and employee experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.




Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a dynamic setting with changing priorities and deadlines.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Comfortable with ambiguity in rapidly changing nature of start-up.

ZD chasers for members for offline contract countries, countries with pre-registration and countries with biweekly and semi monthly payments
