Responsibilities
Own and execute student engagement and learning outcomes initiatives end to end
Coordinate with academic, marketing and placement teams
Maintain accurate records, trackers and periodic reports
Continuously improve processes based on feedback and data
Represent Algomind Academy professionally with students, parents and partners
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in an EdTech or education workplace
Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant discipline (B.Tech / MCA / BCA / MBA as applicable)
Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
Portfolio, certifications or real project work in the relevant domain
