Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, driven Associate to join our Business Development team, working the Europe and US markets. This is a full-cycle sales role: you will identify the right accounts, build outreach to the right buyers, run multi-channel campaigns, and carry conversations through to closed business. You will work closely with senior leadership from day one, sit in on client calls
early, and be trusted to own your own pipeline. If you like moving rapid, thinking on your feet,
and being measured on outcomes, this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities
Research and map target accounts (Corporates) across Europe and the US, identifying companies and buyer personas service lines for the designated vertical.
Build and continuously refine prospect lists using LinkedIn, company databases, and secondary research.
Draft sharp, personalized outreach messaging tailored to each account and persona.
Run multi-channel outreach, including cold email, LinkedIn, and cold calling, to generate qualified conversations.
Qualify outbound leads, and manage a structured, accurate pipeline.
Be a part of the discovery calls to understand client needs, project scope, and timelines.
Partner with sales and vertical leaders to shape proposals and pricing.
Be an integral part of closing the projects, owning the sales cycle from first touch to signed agreement.
