The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, and Workforce Management modules, along with client-facing implementation experience. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end UKG Pro WFM implementation projects, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable UKG WFM solutions. • Configure and maintain: • Timekeeping • Advanced Scheduling • Accruals • Attendance • Pay Rules • Workforce Analytics • Design and configure complex pay rules, work rules,



shift differentials, overtime calculations, and holiday calendars. • Develop and execute unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and system integration activities. • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution. • Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. • Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user guides. • Provide knowledge transfer and end-user training. • Support enhancement requests, upgrades, and production support.
