Role Description: Grand Shakthi Power Private Limited is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Sales Executive to drive business growth across Tamil Nadu.



The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, strong customer relationship skills, and the ability to identify current business opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
This role involves generating new business for Open Access Power Supply, Ground-Mounted Solar Projects, Industrial Rooftop Solar Systems, and Utility-Scale Solar Projects by engaging with industrial and commercial customers.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Science, or Business Administration. MBA (Marketing, Sales, Operations, or related specialization) is preferred.

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in any of the following:
Renewable Energy Industry
Solar EPC
Open Access Power Sales
Power Trading
Industrial Power Solutions
Industrial B2B Sales
Electrical or Energy-related Products & Services
