Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive HR Operations Associate who combines strong analytical ability with hands-on experience in HR processes. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with data,
is comfortable with Excel, and can independently manage operational tasks across performance management, rewards & recognition, and staffing coordination. This role will be central to ensuring HR systems and processes run smoothly, data remains accurate, and employees have a seamless experience.
HR Operations
What the role entails
Support and execute HR processes across performance management, staffing, onboarding/offboarding, and rewards & recognition.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and ensure timely updates across HR systems.
Assist in generating HR reports and dashboards for leadership reviews.
Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes.
Data Management & Analysis
Use Excel (and related tools) to analyze HR metrics such as attrition, performance ratings, and staffing trends.
Identify data patterns, gaps, and insights to support decision-making.
