Role Description The Relationship Manager role at Viksit Capital is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Jaipur Area. The Relationship Manager will build and manage relationships with MSME clients,



understand their financing needs, and promote Loan Against Property solutions that support their business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and onboarding new customers, conducting in-person meetings and site visits, explaining products and terms, and guiding clients through the loan application and documentation process. The role involves coordinating with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure smooth processing, timely disbursals, and high-quality customer service. The Relationship Manager will also monitor portfolio performance, manage risks, resolve client issues, and contribute to local market insights and business development initiatives.
Qualifications

Strong customer relationship management, client servicing, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience in sales or business development in financial services, NBFCs, banking, or MSME lending.
