Job Title: Senior IAM Developer – SailPoint IdentityNow (Identity Cloud)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IAM Developer with robust expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting SailPoint IdentityNow (Identity Cloud) solutions while integrating with enterprise identity platforms such as Okta, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
The role involves designing scalable IAM architectures, automating identity lifecycle processes, implementing secure authentication and authorization solutions, and ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, implement, and maintain SailPoint IdentityNow (Identity Cloud) solutions.
Configure and customize connectors, workflows, provisioning policies, role models, and access review campaigns.
Integrate SailPoint with Okta, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, HR systems, and enterprise applications.




Implement identity lifecycle management including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes.
Develop IAM automation using Java, BeanShell, REST APIs, and SCIM provisioning.
Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), and policy-based access controls.
Enable secure authentication using SSO, SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), MFA, and Passwordless technologies.
Support identity governance functions including access certifications, entitlement management, segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance reporting.
Participate in IAM risk assessments, internal and external audits, and regulatory compliance initiatives including SOX and GDPR.
Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, HR, and Application teams to deliver scalable IAM solutions.
Provide technical leadership, mentor junior team members, and contribute to IAM architecture and best practices.
Work in Agile deliver
