Key Responsibilities
• Develop and refine Science curriculum aligned with CBSE standards
• Create lesson plans, teaching resources, and assessments
• Support and mentor Science teachers
• Conduct classroom observations and provide academic feedback
• Support syllabus planning and teacher training
• Promote conceptual learning, scientific thinking, and inquiry-based learning
• Collaborate with academic leadership on academic initiatives
Requirements
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Science with B.Ed. or equivalent qualification
• 1–3 years of teaching experience
• Strong knowledge of Science and CBSE curriculum
• Valuable communication,



analytical, and research skills
• Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development
• Comfortable using educational technology and digital tools
• Strong collaborative and learner-centric approach
