Role Overview:
We are looking for an engaging Freelance Corporate Trainer with experience in 5-star hotels to conduct training programs for working professionals in Ahmedabad. The trainer should be able to facilitate interactive sessions on participant needs and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver training sessions on topics such as customer centricity, communication skills, behavioural skills, leadership, sales, or workplace effectiveness
Facilitate engaging and interactive learning experiences
Share training feedback and observations post-session
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth program execution
Requirements:
Prior experience in corporate training or facilitation
Prior experience in 5-star hotels
Solid presentation and communication skills
Ability to handle diverse participant groups
Based in Ahmedabad and willing to travel within the city
