Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machines, tools, and systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in equipment and machines
Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and records to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Support the installation and commissioning of new machines or upgrades.
Monitor equipment reliability and suggest improvements for efficiency and longevity.
Ensure workplace safety standards and procedures are met during all maintenance activities.
Collaborate with production teams to minimize disruption and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment.

Collaborate with production teams, management and suppliers to develop and execute maintenance plans that meet organizational goals and priorities
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, schematics and procedures to support maintenance activities.
JOB SPECIFICATION (SKILLS / QUALITIES/ QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE JOB)
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in maintenance engineering (typically 2–5 years).
Robust understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
