Role Description The Speech Therapist will work full time on-site at the Hyderabad centre, providing assessment, diagnosis,



and treatment for children with speech, language, and communication disorders. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed evaluations, developing individualized therapy plans, and delivering one-on-one and small-group speech therapy sessions. The role involves supporting children with articulation issues, fluency disorders, language delays, and feeding or swallowing difficulties where relevant. The Speech Therapist will collaborate closely with behaviour therapists, psychologists, and families to integrate speech goals into broader developmental plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions based on measurable outcomes. Documentation of sessions, maintenance of accurate records, and clear communication with parents and caregivers about strategies for home practice are also key aspects of the position.
